4. Project timelines and deliverables will be communicated to the client before the work begins.
5. Digitalific will provide regular performance reports depending on the service package selected by the client.

1. Clients selecting monthly service packages must pay the full monthly service charges as agreed in the proposal.
2. For project-based services, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance before project initiation.
3. Remaining payments must be cleared according to the invoice schedule shared by Digitalific.
4. Digitalific reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. All payments once processed are subject to the company's refund and cancellation policies.

Registration & Copyright

Some of the services that Digitalific offers require the users for registration. The users should offer accurate, true and complete personal information, asked during the registration process. The users further agree to maintain and update the information to keep it complete, accurate and true. They should maintain the confidentiality of the account information. We will not be treated as responsible for any damage or losses arising due to the users’ failure to comply with the requirements.
